LUFTHANSA CITY CENTER GOES FOR UMBRELLA FACES
Umbrella’s cutting edge profile management tool will be implemented under the name “LCC Profiles” at LCC Germany’s 48 business travel partners.
With Lufthansa City Center (LCC) Germany, the Swiss Travel Tech Company Umbrella AG adds another big player to its list of clients enjoying the innovative application “Umbrella Faces”. This tool helps TMCs to manage and synchronise company and travel profiles in real-time to all relevant databases.
LCC decided to introduce Umbrella’s tool after a thorough and extensive testing and evaluation phase. It will be branded as “LCC profiles” and introduced at 48 partner agencies with substantial business travel activities.
“Umbrella Faces is very easy to use and highly flexible. The LCC team and the experts at the agencies are deeply convinced that it is the best available tool,” explains Gunnar Rieger, Head of Operations and IT at LCC.
