Become our French Traveller Profile Expert!

Supporting Umbrella clients (TMCs) in French and solving issues together with our English-speaking team
-
Implementing Umbrella Faces traveller profile management at TMCs in France (and possibly other countries)
-
Working closely with product management to create additional features and functionality for Umbrella Faces
-
Working closely with TMCs, you'll implement and support our flagship product in the French market, which you know like the back of your hand.

European travel will be occasional, but you'll primarily work from your Headquarters (your couch)
You bring along
-
Enthusiasm for travel technology
-
Native French speaker
-
Several years of experience working in a TMC in France
-
Hands-on experience with at least one GDS (ideally more) and online booking tools such as KDS, cytric, Concur

Familiar with GDS host formats
-
Familiar with configurations of traveller profile formats in GDS and online booking tools.
